Martha Sue Wittley was born in Barksdale TX Oct 10th, 1942 she was the only 
daughter of George Otis & Winnie Sessom Whittley. Martha Sue's mother Winnie 
passed when Sue was only 2 years old leaving her to be raised by her father 
Otis and many Aunts like the Sessom, Brown, Whittley, and Perkins. Martha Sue 
was married to Robert Wayne Ratliff and two children Winnie Lee & Bobby Wayne 
Ratliff Jr. Sue divorced Sonny Ratliff and married Bill Fletcher and after 
their divorce married Joe Powers. Martha Sue Whittley lived in Barksdale and 
became very ill Sept. 4th, 1999 where she lost her battle with her ailing body. 
She now shares a grave site at Barksdale TX Cemetery with her mother and 
Father. Sue was a loving person and beautiful mother who is dearly missed.
