Mouth, who, after being by me first duly sworn each on oath states: That, Rosa May, the grantee who purchased Lot Number 5 in Block Number 15 in the city of Ennis, is now deceased; that she died testate on or about April 16, 1923, and her will was duly probated in the county court of Ellis County, Texas, and by order now or record on page 16, Vol Y, Probate Minutes of the County Court of Ellis County, Texas, said deed in purchase being of date November 5, 1912 of record in Vol 198, page 294, Deed Records of Ellis County. That under the terms of the said will the following were her beneficiaries and they being her only and surviving heirs: Mrs. C.L. Stoner, a daughter; Mrs. Anna M. Mouth, a daughter, Mrs. E.W. Wasche, a daughter, Mrs. Katherine Donlen, a daughter, Edith May, a daughter, John J May and Mart J. May, both sons. Affiants state that John May was the husband of the said Rosa May and that he died on or about September 4, 1927 intestate; that there was no administration on his estate, there being no necessity therefor; that the said John May and Rosa May were each married only one time and that to each other; that the above named children were the only and surviving heirs of the said John May, deceased, and were the only and surviving heirs of said John May and Rosa May respectively at the time of the execution of such heirs of a deed in conveyance of said property to A.D. Redden and wife, Grace Redden by deed dated August 1st, 1928 of record in Vol 299, page 152, Deed Records of Ellis County. Affiants state that Mrs. Annie M. Mouth, one of the parties grantor in the deed last mentioned above, and from whom it is now desired to receive a deed in correction, same to be made and delivered to Mrs. Grace Redden and the heirs of A.D. Redden, deceased, is still a widow, and of sound and disposing mind and memory and in all respects legally qualified in the transaction of her own personal affairs. Edith May Mrs. Anna M.
