April 19, 1901

Robert Fraze and wife Nancy , to G.T. Ruffin and wife Lula .  for and in
consideration of the sum of $500 to us paid  by $200 cash and 2 promissory notes
of $150 each due on 1901, 1902.

Lots 1 & 2 of Block 3 of the W.W. Butt addition to Alma on west side of  H & T C
Railroad.
