Land in Navarro Co 1)120 acres out of the Wiley Beasley 320 acre 
survey off of he NW side of said survey and being:
Begin at NW corner S 30 E 504 vaar

Thence  with the West line of survey
Thence North 60 E 344 to the East line of survey.
Thence N30 W with said East line 504 vra to the NE corner of said 
suvey & stake.
Thence with the beginning    S60 w crossing Carrol branch 1344 vrs to 
the place of beginning being the 120 acres deed to AP & T.F Johnston 
by S.D. Andrew aand wife by deed recorded in Vol 29 pg 241 & 242 of 
Nav Co.

2)Lots # 6 & 7 in a certain platt of town lots laid off by William D. 
Grady in the town of Blooming Grove 
Eah lot being 52 ft fron on Main St by 210 ft deep deed to AP & T.J.

Navarro in Bk 122 pg 419 W.C.Hull convey to H.J. Jinks 60 4/10 acres 
out of the Thos Pratt survey in Navarro Co.

has paid in full satisfaction of said.
Wm I & L Cerf being the legal owners and holders of above do release 
the above propery. 9th Nov 1904

Know all men by these present that I, W.C. Hull of Navarro…
1812 to me I hand paid by H.T. Jinks as follows
town 812 cash 
promissory note 375 due Jan 27th 1905 with interest from date at 10% 
payalbe annually and containing theususal 10$ atton fee
H.T. Jinks assuming to pay one certain promissory note in the $625 
made by W.B. Norris to Jas R. Mitchell date Fe 1 1901 and due Feb 1, 
1906 and secured by a deed of trust on the land herein conveyed the 
interest on said note having been paid to Feb 1, 1904 but is is 
expressly agreed and stipulated that the vendors lien is retained 
against the property herein conveyed until the above described notes and all 
interst thereon is fully paid.

Beginning on the North line of the To Pratt survey 712 vrs N 60E from 
its NW corner as now recognized.

Thence N60 E 505 vrs to a stake in what is now claimed to be the 
West line of the TJ Chambers line.
Thence N42 50 W 412 vrs to stake in the north line of land claimed 
and occupied by estate of L.B. barrington thence 43 10 //w with west 
line of Barington land
Thence S60 w 2 9/10 vr to place of beginning 
Acres 60 4/10 acres Survey made by TJ Finch in 1901.
