Main St House Written: 1928 Aug 1, 1928 Volume 299 page 152 Know all men by these presents, that we John May, Independent Executor of the Estate of Rosa May deceased and for himself individually, Mary Stoner, joined by her husband Charley Stoner, all of Ellis County; Edith May a feme sole and Mrs. Annie M. Mouth a widow of Dallas County; Mark J. May of Jefferson County, Texas, Mrs. E. Waschke, joined by her husband Emil Waschke, Mrs. Katherine Donlen joined by her husband, John Donlen of Harris Co, Texas and all being heirs and only heirs of John May and Rosa May deceased, all of legal age and of sound mind; for and in consideration of the sum of Three thousand dollars, $3,000.00 to us hand paid by A.D. Redden and Grace Redden, husband and wife, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold, and conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, sell and convey unto the said A.D. Redden and Grace Redden of Kaufman County, Texas all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated in the City of Ennis, Ellis County, and being lot number 5 in Block Number 15 in the city of Ennis, Tex and being the same lot conveyed in Rosa May November 22, 1912 by W.H. Perry and wife and duly recorded in Volume 198 page 295 deed records of Ellis County, to which reference is here made. As per map thereof drawn by Theo.
