H. J Ruffin and wife W.V.  for and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred
dollars ($600) to us paid by Trustees of Alma Independent School District the
receipt herein acknowledged.
Namely N.A. Bastien, Pres; J.L. Cayce, Sec; J.H. Henderson Treas; J.E. Horton,
T.S. Smith, T.G. Wright, Joe Vitovsky Jr and their successors.
3 acres out of the S. Womack survey 

1)Beginning at iron stake S 22 W 149 3/10 vr from NW corner of J.L. Stewart's
Brick Store Building and S 28 W 149 3/10 vr from the center of the front door of
State Bank Bldg.
2)Thence  S 62 1/2 E 130 1/3 vr to iron pin for corner
3)Thence S 23 1/4 W 130 1/3 vr to iron st for corner
4) Thence N 62 1/2 W 130 1/3 vrs to iron pin for corner
5) Thence N 23 1/4 E 130 1/3 vrs to place of beginning.
