seventy five ($175) to us paid by  G.W. Collard with 2 promissory notes for $100
each.

Lots 1 & 2 of Block 3 of the W.W. Butt addition to Alma on west side of Railroad.

NOTE: G.W. Collard was married to Sallie Ruffin, sister to G.T. Ruffin
