Volume 260 page 52

Whereas on the 15th day of June 1923, for the sum of One Thousand Dollars
payable to the order of S. Stein at Ennis Texas thirty days after date and
drawing interest at the rate of eight percent ....  S. Stein and Bertha Stein to
C.J. Ruffin and wife, Imogene Ruffin.

One certain tract or parcel of land situated in Ellis County, Texas being part
of subdivision Four in Division Twenty one in the city of Ennis as per map
thereof out of the southwest corner of said subdivision, beginning at the
southwest corner of said subdivision on east line of Dallas Street; 

Thence North 30 West with said east line One Hundred Fifty feet
Thence North 60 East 50 feet; Thence south 30 East 150 ft to the south line of
said Division 21; thence South 60 west 50 ft to the place of beginning and being
the same tract described in a deed from J. Enser to Bencie Toth, recorded in
Volume 229 page 24 Deed Records, Ellis County Tx.

situated on corner]
