Weatherford and M.J. Eliza Weatherford of Ellis county Texas in consideration of the sum of one hundred and ten ($110.00) to us in hand paid by Mrs. Florence Shagog, as follows: $8.00 cash to us in hand paid the receipt of which is acknowledged and the reminder the sum of $102.00 evidence by the certain promissory note of the said Mrs. Florence Shagog, bearing even date herewith, and 10 per cent, per annum interest after maturity .... $8.00 on 1st day of March 1904 and $8.00 each first day of every month thereafter until the sum of $80.00 is paid until the 1st day of Jan, 1905 when the remainder, the sum of $22.00 will be due and payable to R.J. Weatherford. Conveyed to Mrs. Florence Shegog of Ellis County all that certain lot, tract, piece or parcel of land, described as follows" situated in the southern porton of the city of Ennis, in said Ellis County and being a part of the "Old Weatherford" homestead and described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of a lot owned by C.C. Knight, and on the W.B. line of an alley, a continuation of South Dallas Street. Thence southwardly along the W.B. lin of said alley 87 feet to the NE corner of lots once owned by Mrs. Ritter, for corner; Thence westwardly parallel with Burnett Street, 163 feet for corner: Thence northwardly parallel with said Alley, 87 feet to S.W. corner of said C.C. Knight's lot; Thence eastwardly, parallel with said Burnett Street, 163 ft to the place of beginning, being a lot of land 87 feet wide and 163 feet long.
