J. Chambers survey Written: November 15, 1901 Deed Book 131 pg 282 Nov 15, 1901 Mrs. S.F. Webster, a widow, conveys to Jinks, W.M. for $1625. Payment $625 cash in hand with 10 promissory notes of $100 each. Land part of T.J. Chambers 8 leagues grant as follows: 1) NE corner of 212 1/5 acre conveyed to A.P. Bardwell by J. Baldridge Aug 12, 1887 (Bk 48/ p. 228 229) on South line of Sam Webster's place 50 acres deed by W.A. Neal, Jr. & his wife to Mrs. S.F. Webster Aug 21, 1894 Note: W.M. Jinks is Willis M. Jinks, eldest son of John F. Jinks. He married Exer L. Raines from Ennis and after her death Bertha Boggs , Nov 21, 1898 in Navarro County. Willis was born in Taylor County GA. He probably came to Texas as a single man with his uncle, William Henry Jinks around 1885.
