Additional Comments:
At one time there were three banks in Alma. Presidents of those institutions
were J. H. Henderson *, E. A. Wright, and W. A. Stockard. *Started new bank in
Ennis Jul 1919

Alma State Bank closed in the Banking Crisis of 1929, and never reopened.
