Page Shot and Killed Nov 26, 1908 A.C. Page, a painter and paperhanger, was shot through the head with a pistol at the Creech wagon yard at 7:15 tonight and instantly killed. And arrest was made. NOTES: Thanksgiving Day Nov. 25, 1908. M.S. Cox was charged with murder, but tried almost a year later and convicted of manslaughter and given 5 years in prison. A.C. Page left a wife Tommie E (Baisden). 2 daughters, Lydia, Carrie, 3 sons, Frank, Albert, Robert. Buried in Myrtle Cemetery: A.C. Page, his Wife Tommie E.
