She was born Oct. 23, 1908, in Robinson, Texas, the daughter of J.J. and Hattie Schultz Frosch. She was reared in Robinson where she attended school. After finishing school she worked on the family farm. During World War II she worked in the Beaumont shipyards. On July 3, 1926, she was married to Braxton Anders, of Henderson County. After their marriage they lived in Malakoff. Mr. Anders preceded her in death in 1936. In the mid-1940s she moved to Fort Worth. In 1987 she moved to Ennis. She was the member of the Lutheran Church. She is survived by a son and his wife, Braxton and Nell Anders, of Rendon, Texas; a daughter, Marceline Hunter, of Ennis; 19 grandchildren; 33 great- grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Arthur and Richard Anders, and two daughters, Wanda Griffin and Alice Garrett. Funeral services will be held at 2p.m. Monday in the Keever chapel. Interment will be in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8p.m. Sunday. Additional Comments: Marie is buried in Addition 2, Blocks 129-132. Her Husband, Braxton is burried in Malakoff at the Malakoff Cemetery.
