Ennis Weekly Local
A.B. Harris, prominent citizen of the Italy Community died Sun night and was
buried in Italy Cemetery. Rev. Cargill conducted the service.  The deceased had
lived for many years in that community where he was loved and honored by the
entire citizenship because of his stelring qualities as a citizen. He is
survived by his wife and 5 children: Mrs. J.W. Huey, Palmer; Miss Myrtle Harris,
Waxahachie; Esca, Roy and Grover Harris of Italy.
Out of respect for the deceased the store of Jolesch & Chaaska was closed during
the afternoon for the funeral and Marx Schneider, Less Quaite, Bob Gammon, Guy
Myers, Mrs. Meharge and Miss Stout attended the funeral.
