The Ennis Weekly Local


Mr. John Lohr, a wellknown old time citizen of Ellis county, died in this city
Thursday morning after several months illness. The funeral took place Friday
morning from the C.P. church of which deceased was a consistent member.

Mr. Lohr had been a successful farmer and gave ll his children a good farm. He
was a good hones man, and the world is better for his having lived in it. He was
born in Germany in 1832.
