The News learns from Dr. McCall that Dr. McDonald, a colored physician at Waxahachie died at 4 o'clock Sunday evening with smallpox, and a man named Darmion three miles south of Milford on the Cook place, died with the disease last Friday. He was sick only four days. People should be more careful than theretofore and help control the dangerous pest.
