He had been confined to his room for about a year, and his death was not unexpected. He was buried at Rice at 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon by the Woodmen of the Worlds. Deceased leaves a wife and five children, four sons and one daughter. He has many friends who are made sade by his demise. NOTES: Born May 31, 1875 son of H.J. and W.V. Jinks Ruffin married Lula C. Fort on July 11, 1897 Navarro County His wife died Aug 27, 1912, leaving the children orphans. Children were: Alvie L, Arthur W., Winnie Lee, G. Clarence, and James Tolliver.
