Waxahachie, Ellis Co., Tex., April 3.- Mrs. Hattie Grizzard received a telegram from Washington city to-day concerning the remains of her brother, who was a soldier in Cuba. The telegram reads: "Remains of Eugene N. Youree from Cuba brought on transport consigned to you; should be buried immediately; neither casket nor outer box should be opened; dangerous to do so. W.
