Gaines Steet School built in 1916. Now used as Middle School. Two-story structure with classrooms also in the basement. Front entrance steps and arch lead into the main corridor. Limestone trim and decorative brick panels with large windows are a feature of Jacobethan Revival style by firm of Sanguinet and Staats.
