(Will) Park, Conductor for Texas Electric Railway in 1930. He is pictured with some of his co-workers. This is his car as he worked the Dallas to Corsicana line. He was around thirty-fve years old in this picture. Additional Comments: William M.(Will) Park worked for Texas Electric Railway on the Dallas/Corsicana line until they quit running the interurban. He was a conductor on passenger line for a number of years and in later years worked as conductor on freight line. This picture was taken in 1930 and the others in the picture are not identified. He is in conductor's uniform and was around thirty five years old. After the company quit running the interurban my father stayed on with the company and helped dig up the tracks and cross ties--from Dallas to Corsicana. This was manual labor but times were hard and he was happy to have a job for that much longer. He later went to work for Missouri/Pacific Railway and retired from them in 1960.
