He was a truck driver for Penske Logistics and was a longtime El Paso resident. Van Norman, Russel W. 69, of El Paso died Wednesday (Oct. 11. 2000). All services have been conducted. Survivors include his wife, Donna; his sons, James Van Norman and Timothy Van Norman; his daughters, Kathryn Horn, Ann Gavit and Sarah Hicks; and 10 grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Federico Rocha; her sons, Frank Rocha, Jose Luis Rocha, Javier Rocha and Arturo Rocha; her daughter, Yolanda Valentine-Rocha; five brothers; one sister; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Salomon; and her daughter, Maria S. Villanueva. She was a homemaker and a lifelong El Paso resident.
