El Paso Times, June 13, 1996
Edward Phillip Bones, Jr., 76, passed away Wednesday June 12, 1996. He had 
been a longtime resident of El Paso and was a member of the Grandview Baptist 
Church. Mr. Bones was a Veteran of the U.S. Army having served during WWII. He 
was a salesman in the glass and hardware business. Mr. Bones is survived by 
his wife, Marie Bones; son, Gary Bones; brother, Daryl Bones; sisters, Wildred 
Brown, Zelda Davis and Lois Harris; and 2 grandchildren, Elizabeth Bones and 
Gary Bones, Jr. Visitation will be 9 AM to 9 PM Thursday at Harding Orr & 
McDaniel Pershing Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Friday at Harding 
Orr & McDaniel Pershing Chapel with Reverend Larry Shine and Dr. Levi Price, 
Jr. officiating. Interment will be at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
