OBITUARY: The El Paso Times, August 4, 1998
M. Marie Bones, 78, passed away Saturday August 1, 1998. She had been a 
longtime resident of El Paso and was a member of the Grandview Baptist Church. 
She was a disbursing cashier for the Mountain Bell Telephone & Telegraph 
Company retiring after 36 years of service. Mrs. Bones is survived by her son 
Gary Bones; brother L. C. McBroom; sister Mrs. Yvonne Holmes; 2 grandchildren, 
Elizabeth Marie Bones and Gary Bones Jr. Visition will be Tuesday 4:00 - 7:00 
P.M. at Harding Orr & McDaniel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 
Wednesday 10:00 A.M. at Harding Orr & McDaniel Chapel with Rev. Samuel W. 
Thomas officiating.


Additional Comments:
Marie married Edward Phillip Bones, who is buried with her. She was the 
duaghter of Charles Luther MCBROOM and Evie Angieline PARTON.
