Carrie was the daughter of Joseph Johnston Vinson and Lura Baugh. She is buried

next to her husband, William Pinkney and her parents, brother and sister. The

cemetery is west of Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, near the intersection of

FM913 and US281 south of Stephenville.
