Griner Affvd G.W. Truss State of Texas County of Fannin Before me F.J. Abernathy a Notary Public in and for Fannin County on this day personally appeared G.W. Truss to me well known who being byone duly sworn says that he was personally acquainted with W.G. Griner during his life time, that he died in Fannin County Texas about the year 1869. that he left surviving him the following named children and heirs. P.E. Griner who married F.G. Williams. C.B. Griner who married C.R. Collier and S.A. Griner who married John Martin that the said three daughters are now and were on the 22nd Aug 1870 the only heirs of said W.G. Griner. G.W.
