The State of Texas In the County Court vs County of Fannin July Term AD 1896 Est of Priscilla E. Williams To Hom. J.?. Chenoweth Judge of said Court now comes Electa Goodwin and her husband R.A. Goodwin and shows the court that Mrs. Priscilla E. Williams died, on Blue River in Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory testate, on July 22, 1896. That she formerly resided in Fannin County, Texas and was then residing in the Choctaw Nation, that her principal estate and all the estate she had in the State of Texas was in Fannin County, Texas and consisting of a tract of land and some of her nearest kin reside in Fannin County. That her estate in said County is and was at her death of the probably value of $4,000.00 dollars. That on July 25, 1884, Mrs. Williams made and executed her last will and testament which is filed herewith and made a part of this petition. That applicant Electa Goodwin is the daughter of decedent and the Electa Goodwin mentioned in said will, and as a legatee under said will. That in said will F.G. Williams her husband is nominated and made her executor and, he resides on Blue River in said Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory. Wherefore the said Electa and R.A. Goodwin apply for the probate of said will and pray that citation be issued as the law requires and that upon final hearing said will be probated and ordered to record and for all other relief general and special necessary in the premises.
