Williams wife to deed The State of Texas A.W. Oliver County of Fannin Know all men by these presents that we F.G. Williams and P.E. Williams his wife for and in consideration of the sum of $75.00 to us in hand paid by Andrew Oliver all of the County of Fannin and State of Texas do hereby bargin sell assign and convey unto the said A.W. Oliver the following discribed 15 acres of land in said county of Fannin being part of the survey of 320 acres of the headright of E.C. Fuller second to William G.Griner assigns by patent a ??????? issued the day of AD one thousand eight hundred and said fifteen acres beginning on a Bur? Oak marked a on the north bank of North Sulphur and on the west line of said survey thence north seventy seven varas to a stake then south west corner of twenty eight acres ????????? to paid A.W.Oliver by the heirs of said Wm.G.Griner thence east three hundred and ninety seven? varas and f??? ?? ???? of a vara to the south east corner of same thence south four hundred and eighty varas to a stake on the north bank of Sulphur Fork from which a large Elm marked AXX ?? north 19 1/2 W 28 1/3 varas thence west the ????????? of the north Sulphur along the said north bank to the place of beginning which is a part of a tract of ninety seven acres of said survey conveyed to said P.E. Williams by C.B. Collier and C.B. Collier his wife and by John Martin and Set Martin his wife on the fifth day of February AD 1870 and the deed ?? ????? on 28 day of March AD 1870 in Book R pages 395, 396,397 of Fannin County records to the said Andrew W. Oliver his heirs as assigns to have and to hold the foregoing discribed fifteen acres of land together with all and singular the rights member and appurtanance thereunto belonging or in any ???? incident or appertaining said promises to the said A.W. Oliver his heirs or assigns from and against all legal lawsuits? witness our hands and scrawls for seals this 21st day of May AD onethousand eight hundred and seventy. F.G. Williams P.E. Williams State of Texas County of Fannin Before me B.S.Walcott a Notary Public in and for the county aforesaid this day personally appeared F.G. Williams to me well known and acknowledged that he executed the forgoing deed for the purposes and considerations thence set forth and approved? and also personally appeared P.E. Williams wife of said F.G. Williams parties to the forgoing deed dated on the 21 day of May 1870 to me well known and after having the said deed read and fully explained to her by me separate and apart from her said husband she the said P.E. Williams declared et al ? she had willingly signed sealed and delivered the said deed to be her own acts and deeds and she wishes not to retract it.
