Williams County of Fannin Know all men by these presents that we P.E. Williams B.C. Collier and S.A. Martin heirs of the Estate of W.G. Griner dec'd of the State and County aforesaid for and in consideration by a division of a certain tract or parcel of land 640 acres belonging to said estate it being a part of the headright survey of William Onstat and alloted to W.G. Griner by William Onstat August 5th 1845 and we B.C. Collier and S.A. Martin have this day transferred the used and conveyed and by these presents do transfer and convey unto P.E. Williams his heirs and assigns forever the following discribed portion of the aforementioned parcel or tract of land. Beginning 633 1/3 varas from the N.W.corner of S.A. Martin on west line of the survey as a stake on ???? marked "A"bears South 1/6' past 2 1/2 varas thence North 633 1/3 varas to a stake marked W bears South 38 last 2 varas thence last 1900 varas to stake an elm tree. "M" north66' West 19 varas thence south 633 1/3 varas to a stake to the north east cornerof S.A. Martin survey on east line of original survey thence West 1900 varas to place of beginning. To have and to hold the above described 213 1/3 acres of land together with all and singular the rights members hereitaments and ppurtanances unto the same belonging as in my any wise appertaining ???? the said P.E.Will iams her heirs and assigns forever and we B.C. Collier and S.A. Martin for ourselves our heirs and assigns forever and hereby warrant and defend the title to said land and promise unto the said P.E. Williams her heirs and assigns against the claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
