May 4, 1976 page 2 THOMAS FINLEY ECTOR -- Services for Thomas Lemuel Finley, 86 were held at Wise Funeral Home chapel at 2 p.m. Monday, May 2, 1976 with the Rev. Earl Castle officiating. Burial was in Carson cemetery. Mr. Finley was found dead at his home in Ector Saturday afternoon. A verdict of death from natural causes was returned by Justice of Peace John Whaley. Born in Fannin county, Dec 29, 1889, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Finley. His wife Rhonda (Rhoda) prceded him in death May 8, 1975. Survivors are two sons, Norris Finley of Ravenna and G.C. Finley of Garland; three daughters, Mrs. Annie Bogden of Osborne, Idaho, Mrs. Geraldine Hambrick of Lufkin, and Mrs Arlene Savage of Mesquite; a sister, Mrs. Flora Hubbard of Coleman;ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
