Williams of Fannin County, State of Texas, wife of F.G. Williams being feeble in body but sound mind and disposing memory wishing to put my house in order before I am called hence do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament: Item 1. Unto my beloved daughter Electa Goodwin formerly Electa Williams, I give, devise and bequeath all my estate of any and every kind whatsoever, whether real personal or ????; especially 213 1/3 acres of land out of the Wm. Onstat survey in Fannin County, Texas, including all that portion of said tract of 213 1/3 now occupied by Nicholas Miller and Ida Miller,to have and to hold all and singular together with all right and appurtenances thereto in any wise incident or belong-ing unto the said Electa Goodwin her heirs and assigns forever. Item 2. I wish and direct that my husband F.G. Williams right to the homestead now occupied by myself and my husband be protected, and that my daughter Electa Goodwin's right and title to the homestead be subject to the homestead right of my said husband F.G. Williams. Item 3. I appoint, make and constitute my husband F.G. Williams executor of my last will and testament, without being required to give bond and without being subject to any court having jurisdiction of probate matters further than to file in the Court where my will is probated a full and complete inventory and appraisment of all of my estate. I further give unto my said executor full power to settle up and wind up my estate, to settle my indebted -ness and collect whatever may be owing to me. Item 4. I will and direct that there be no administration of my estate in any court having probate jurisdiction of estates of decenents further than to probate and admit to record this my last will and testament and to file in such court the inventory herein before mentioned. Item 5. I further will, wish and direct that my executor after winding up and settling my estate account to Electa Goodwin for the residue after paying all indebtedness of every kind, subject to his homestead right.
