County of Fayette, State of Texas

E. J. K. Blair adminstrator of the State of Jonathan E. Blair deced...final
settlement of said Estate...the heirs of said Estate are as follows...to wit: E.
J. K. Blair the adminstrator represented by his assignees Elizabeth Love by her
representatives, James E. English, Martha A. R. English, Amelia E. Love in the
county aforesaid (Fayette); Sarah Renick wife of Henry Renick both resident of
same county; Elizabeth English late of said county but now deceased and
represented aforesaid, John S. Blair resident in the State of Alabama, Jane
Benson, late of Alabama but now deceased and represented by Joseph Seaborn and
James Benson, now residents in said county of Fayette, and five other children
of said Jane in said State of Alabama whose names are Jackson (?), Mary Benson,
Cornelia Dunlap, Sarah E. Dements, Martha J. Tanner, William Blair, late of
Calafornia (sic) but now deceased represented by Cornelia and two other his
children residents in Mississippi, whose names are unknown, Nancy Dickey late
wife of James Dickey residents in said State of Mississippi but both now decd,
represented by Jonathan, James, Mary, Martha now decd & Nancy Dickey also
residents in said State, Martha McInnis, late wife of John McInnis resident in
said State but now deceased, represented by her husband, and John McInnis and
others names and members unknown, and Mary McGuire late wife of Wm McGuire, both
residents of said state of Alabama, and being deceased now represented by her
said husband and by John Lanton McGuire and two other whose names are not known
or recollected...
