The State of Texas
County of Fayette
Know all men by these presents that whereas Frederick Andreas did on December 
3d. 1880 purchase from Jane Groce, J.L. Groce, and J.L. Groce (sic) 124 97/100 
acres of Land out of the J.M. Hensley League in said State and County. The Deed 
to said Land, being recorded in Vol. 13 on Page 159 of Records of Deeds of said 
County and whereas the said Frederick Andreas, has paid off the Notes viz. two 
for #375.00 each described in said Deed to secure the payment of which the 
Vendor’s Lien was retained the said Notes in due course of trade became the 
property of Fritz Schulze. Now therefore in consideration of the premises and 
the further consideration of one Dollar I the said Fritz Schulge do hereby 
forever release and relinquish said Lien on said Land unto the said Frederick 
Andreas and his heirs and assigns. Witness my hand and scroll for seal this Nov-

Before me Herman Amberg Notary Public in and for Fayette County, Texas on this 
day personally appeared Fritz Schulze known to me to be the person whose name 
is subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me that he 
executed the same for the purposes and consideration therein expressed. Given 
under my hand and seal of Office this 3d. day of November 1892.
