Kealing and Caroline Kealing in consideration of the sum of Two hundred & Seventeen good dollars as paid by H. HILLMANN & Sons of the State & County aforesaid the receipt of which we hereby acknowledge has granted bargained sold and released and by these presents do grant bargain sell and release unto the said H. HILLMANN & Sons a certain tract of land lying and being situated in the County of Fayette on the waters of Rabbs Creek being a part of a third of a league of land granted to the heirs of DICKSON deceased and bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at a stake in Rabbs Creek when a road crosses said Creek in the NE boundary line of said 1/3 of a league Thence N56 degrees W 700 varas____ said NE boundary line at a stake from which a Blackjack marked A bears N 75 degrees E 2 varas- Thence S 34 degrees W & 711 varas to a stake from which a post oak marked with a X bears S 50 degrees W 8 varas-Thence S 56 degrees E 640 varas to a stake in the center of Rabbs Creek. Thence up said Creek ___ its meanderings- the place of beginning containing fifty-five acres more or less To have and to hold the said premises_____ all and singular the rights mentioned hereintaments and appurentances in the same belongings or any other incident or appertaining. To have and to hold all and singular the premises above mentioned unto the said H. HILLMANN & Sons their heirs and assigns forever; and we do hereby bind ourselves , our heirs, executors and administrators to warrant and defend all and singular the said premises unto the said H. HILLMANN & Sons their heirs and assigns against any person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
