ENGEL of County and State aforesaid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, sold, and conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, Sell and Convey, unto the said E. ENGEL of the County of Fayette State of Texas, all that certain tract of land to wit: Situated and being in the County of Fayette, State of Texas on the Buckners Creek and described as follows: Being a part of the league No. 1 granted to S. M. WILLIAMS and begins at a stake set on the N.W. Corner of a survey made for FRANKE sold to him by N. W. FAISON, from which a Blackjack marked X bears East in 12 varas distance; thence North 1120 varas to a stake on the Buckners Creek; thence down said creek with its meanders to a stake for F. DENKERS, N.W. Corner thence So.1161 varas to a stake for FRANKE'S North line, thence West 318 varas to the Beginning. Containing more or less Sixty six acres of land. And being a tract of land conveyed to me by said E. ENGEL. To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said E.ENGEL heirs and assigns forever; and we do hereby bind ourselves, heirs, executors and administrators, to Warrant and Forever Defend, all and singular the said premises unto the said E.ENGEL- against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
