Corner on the dividing. Thence N 47 degrees W 149 varas to a stake, Thence S 43 degrees W. 400 varas to a stake. Thence N 47 degrees W. 353 varas to a stake . Thence S. 43 degrees W 480 varas to a stake. Thence Thence S. 47 degrees E. 35 varas. Thence S. 43 degrees W. 441 varas to a stake . Thence S. 47 degrees E 467 varsa to a stake. Thence N 43 degrees E 1327 varsas to the place of beginning containing One hundred acres more or less. To have and to hold the said described tract or parcel of land unto him the said LUDWIG HILLMANN his heirs and assigns forever and I hereby bind myself my heirs executors and administrators to warrant and defend this title against all adverse claims whatsoever.
