Whitfill-Feagan Wedding at Lockney, Texas

16 AUG 1930

The marriage of Festeus Alpheus Whitfill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Whitfill
and Miss Christine Grace Feagan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Preston Feagan, all of
Lockney, took place Aug 16, with a double ring ceremony at the Holy Catholic
Church, with Rev. Father Celestine Matz, officiating.

Immediately following the ceremony the couple left on theri wedding trip by
motor to Erath, Texas. They will make their home in Lockney

The bride wore a dark navy canton crepe dress with hat and shoes of blue. She is
a graduate of Waveland College of Plainview and has taught several years, two
years near Silverton.

The bridegroom is a young farmer and is well known in Alma and Ennis, having
many close relatives and friends there.

Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Langley, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Geater of Lockney and Erath,
witnessed the ceremony.

He was the son of:  Margaret Lena CURLIN and Martin Robert WHITFILL

 Grace FEAGANS was 14 FEB 1908 in Jones Co., TX
Died: 9 MAY 1986 in Snyder, Scurry Co., TX
