Some of Joe Brumbelow’s comments at the funeral: “Many good things could be said about William today. He was a good husband, daddy, son, nieghbor, and friend. I have good memories of fishing trips with William. Of a hunting trip together in South Texas. Suzy would go hunting and fishing with him as well. The most important thing I can say about William Ray Brumbelow is that he professed his faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. That is the most important decision he could have ever made.” William Ray Brumbelow worked as an electrician. Like most Brumbelows, he loved hunting and fishing. William Ray Brumbelow was the son of William Hiram Brumbelow, son of Eldridge Perry Brumbelow, son of Martin Van Buren Brumbelow, Sr., son of James Brumbelow (born 1806, of Gibson County, Tennessee). [Brumbelow has sometimes been misspelled as Brumblow, Brumlow, etc.] For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. -Romans 6:23 “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation…For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” -Romans 10:9,10,13; The Bible For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain…For I am hard pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better. -Philippians 1:21, 23; The Bible “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know.” Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” -John 14:1-6; The Bible. Scripture Rev. Joe Brumbelow often used in Funeral Services. A book about Rev.
