B. Moores as securities are held and firmly bound unto the Chief Justice of Freestone County in the sum of one Thousand Dollars, for the payment of which well and truly to be made unto the said Chief Justice we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally for only by these presents, signed with our hands and sealed with our seals, the seals being scrawls, this 29th day of March, 1858 The condition of the above obligation is such that where as the above bound Washington Stewart has been appointed by the Chief Justice of Freestone County administrator of the estate of William H Tisdale, deceased; Now if the said Washington Stewart shall well and truly perform all the duties required of him by law under said appointment, then this obligation shall be null and void.
