COUNTY OF FREESTONE )

Before me E.L. Crallo (?), Clerk of the county Court of the County aforesaid
personally appeared I.R. Brooke who being by me duly sworn deposith and
saith on his oath, that he was bona fide settler upon vacant land on the
26th day of August 1856, and has continued to reside upon the same up to
this date.

John Pate and George W. Gilbert, two disinterasted, respectable witness, to
me well know who being by me duly sworn depose and say on their oath that I.
R. Brooke, was bona fide settler upon vacant land on the 26th day of August
1856, and had continued to reside upon the same up to this date.
