P., August 5th, 1861, the following described stock, to wit: one sorrel mare, about ten years old, valued at thirty dollars; also one bay horse, three years old, valued at forty dollars, both branded J on right thigh. One ox, with yellow head, speckled sides, about ten years old, no brand, marked swallowfork and underbit in the right, and swallowfork in the left ear: one ox, mostly white, with black head, branded A A on right hip, marked with swallowfork in the right, and two splits in the left ear, and other red speckled steer, branded A A on right hip and E on the left, marked with crop in the right ear and slope and swallowfork in the left; valued at thirty dollars.
