   IT IS ORDERED BY THE COURT,  Young Bonner
be appointed to serve until the first regular meeting of said Court, of the year 1894,
or until the appointment of his successor, as Overseer of the
Road Precinct No. 75 which is bounded as follows, to-wit:

    Beginning at J. W. Hubbards and ending at the Corsicana Road
 
 and includes all the Public Roads within the aforesaid boundaries 
    AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, That he have the following named hands to work 
    said road to-wit:

         Young Bonner
         Willis Bonner
         Ed Jones
         Al Jones
         Ned Bonner
         Dan Compton
         Geo. Stroud
         Ec Hunter
         Nathan Roberts
         Stue Roberts
         John Dickson
         Gilbert Carter
         Li Roberts
         ????? Welch
         
   [We think only Jack & Young Bonner are white and all other hands are Black.]
      
 with authority to summon any and all other persons, not designated herein,
 and known to him to be liable to work on the Public Roads within said Precinct.
 
           I HEREBY CERTIFY That the above is a true and correct copy from the
           Minutes of said Court at said Term.
