Simmons of said state [illegible] a county for and in consid- [eratio?]n of sum of five hundred dollars to us paid by A T Watson the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have sold and conveyed and by these presents as sell area convey unto the said A T Watson of Freestone County, Texas, our telephone line running from Groesbeck in Lime- stone County to Fairfield in Free- stone County Texas via Mexia and Cotton Gin. This conveyance in- cludes the wire, parts *A* and our good will. The Phones not being our property we hereby convey our lease on the same only. Such property as we give and con- vey hereby we warrant the title hereto.
