This antique trade token is believed to be from about 1902. This is believe to be from either Mexia, Limestone Co., Texas or Fairfield, Freestone Co., Texas. One Side: "Good for 2 1/2 cents at the bar at Henry Roller's Saloon" Other Side: "National Billiard Manfg. Co. Cin[cinnati]. O[hio]." ---------------------------------------------- [It is believed that this is Henry Clay Roller's establishment in Fairfield, but we only see a restaurant listed in 1903. However, there is also a possibility that this Saloon mentioned on the token was built in Mexia with the insurance money (if any) from the fire.
