in payment of the poll tax for the year A.D. 1911.  
The said taxpayer being duly sworn by me,
says that he is 34 years old, that he resides in voting precinct No. 1 in
FREESTONE COUNTY; that his race in WHITE: that he has
resided in Texas 34 years, and in 
Freestone County 34 years;
that he is by occupation Farmer that his post office address is 
Stewards Mill; R. F. D. No. ________.  All of which I certify.
