      Honor Medals Awarded.
Kirven, Texas, June 26.— Honor medals for high averages have been awarded to 
Lura Bess Mayo, Paul Ray Potts and Peyton Moseley by the principal of the high 
school, Dinsmore W. Hume. The students respectively made the highest marks in
the high Intermediate, low intermedate and primary departments.
