Texan Injured as Two Killed in Ship Blast


Gas Explosion Aboard Destroyer Occurs in Cuban Waters 

  WASHINGTON, March 22 (AP). - Two enlisted men were killed, five suffered
serious burns and four enlisted men and one chief warrant officer suffered
minor burns in a gasoline explosion Wednesday aboard the destroyer tender
Whitney at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
