It concerns sale of land in Decatur County Tennessee.  Sold by Michael Ingehart to James Wallace . 
613 Total acres for the sum of One Dollar.  The property is described in document
Michael Ingehart lived in Freestone County, Texas and Thus he appeared before Justice of the Peace 
to make sale Legal.  There are two embossed Stamps from Freestone County. Signed by Justice of the Peace, 
Dunbar Bragg, and Clerk of the Court, E. L. Gallo.    Also signed by Michael Ingehart , E. J. Ingehart 
and H? G? Butler as witnesses.]

  I, Michael Iglehart, for and in consideration of the 
Sum of One dollar to me in hand paid the receipt 
of the Same is hereby acknowledged both bargained and
Sold and by these presents do bargain and Sell and 
hereby Convey unto the heirs of James Wallace, dec'd
all the right title Claim or Interest that I have in 
and to a Certain tract or Parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Decatur in the State of Tennessee on
Rushings Creek butted and bounded as follows:
  Beginning at the N.W. Corner of Entry No 45 in the 
name of A. Stegall for 160 acres on the two Sickamores using
thence North 334 poles to a while Oak & black Oak 
thence East 102 poles to the N.W. Corner of Entry No 41
in the names of Jesse Lavy   Thence South 160 poles 
to Jesse Lavys South west Corner thence East with 
Said Lavys South boundary line passing his South
East corner in all East 176 poles to Two branches[?] thence
South 223 poles to a Stake thence west 150 poles to a 
Stake in the East line of Said Entry No. 45 in the
Beginning containing four hundred and fifty three
acres Known Entry No 327 in the name of Jesse
Blackfan. This deed is Intended to cover all the land
Contained in the Said Blackfan Grant deed to me by Fitsgerald.
I the Said Michael Iglehart do hereby Convey and Confer 
unto the Said heirs of James Wallace, Dec'd all the 
right, Title, Claim and Interest that I have in and
to the above named tract of Land with all the Im-
provements ????? or there unto belonging.
I also warrant and defend the title to the Same for
my Self, my heirs, Executors and administrators and
all of the persons Claiming under me but no further or
otherwise
