Bonham, a Notary Public in and for William Bonner, known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument of writing, and after duly sworn be me, stated on oath that he saw James Robinson, the person who executed the foregoing instrument subscribed the same, and that he had subscribed the same as a witnesses at the request of the person who executed the same. Know all men by these presents, that I, James Robinson, a citizen of the State of Texas and County of Freestone, for and in consideration of moneys and property used by me, which properly belongs to my wife Eliza Robinson, and for the purposes of reimbursing the said Eliza A. Robinson; and for the purposes of maintenance of presents necessities, I give grant, set over and convey unto the said Eliza A. Robinson, my beloved wife, all the right, title, and interest that I have in and to the following described property to-wit: Two hundred and eighty acres of land, lying on Self Creek in Freestone County; known as the Aaron Black place; Also a tract of land on Brown's creek bought at Sheriff's sale as property of R. F. Chandler; Also one house and lot in the town of Fairfield, One house and lot in the town of Palestine, Anderson County, Texas, A survey of land in the South West corner of the Joseph Love league, containing 538 acres, embracing a part of the Ceder land at Bradley Bridge; Also the homestead of 100 acres, it also being a part in any form, whether in judgments, notes or accounts, all moneys on hand; 204 acres patented of Gaudalupe College Certificate in Eastland County, About 1850 acres in two certificates (less a locative interest) two surveys are made in Stephens County, South East corner, about 700 acres each all of the above mentioned property of value, I give, grant and set over to my beloved wife Eliza A. Robinson for maintenance and future use. In testimony whereof I hereunto write my name and affix my scroll seal, this 25th day of September 1884.
