Consideration to fulfill the intention of James Robinson where he conveyed to Eliza A. Robinson, a part of his property, when he intended to convey all, and for the purposes of placing the title to the same in Mrs. Eliza A. COUNTY OF FREESTONE. Know all men by these presents, that whereas on the 25th day of Sept 1884, James Robinson of Freestone County, now deceased, did make, execute and deliver to his wife Eliza A. Robinson his certain deed of conveyance as recorded in Deed Book 3, page 5 Record for Deed for Freestone County, Texas, and whereas it was the evident intention on the part of said James Robinson to convey to Eliza A. Robinson all property of whatever description that he might have: and whereas said instrument is not as formal as it should be: and whereas we the legal heirs of said James Robinson wish consideration and for the love we have for said Eliza A. Robinson, We the children and grand children of said James Robinson and Eliza A. Robinson, to-wit: Jane Bonner joined by her husband I. H. Bonner; Lizzie Bonner joined by her husband Jno. L. Bonner; Sallie Bonner joined by husband O. Y. Bonner; J. L. Robinson; T. H. Robinson; and J. P. Robinson, all o f Freestone County, Texas. Also W. W. Robinson; Mary Davidson, a widow; and Jno. L. Davidson; Bonner Meadows joined by her husband Lafayett Meadows; and Tewleelett Blanchard joined by her husband Frank Blanchard, all of Navarro County, Texas, have given, granted, conveyed and released and by these presents do give, convey and release unto the said Eliza A. Robinson, all our right, title, claim, and interest in and to any and all property of which said James Robinson may have possessed or owned at the time of his death. And we hereby ratify and confirm the aforesaid conveyance of date Sept 25 1884, hereby intending to release and quitclaim unto the said Eliza A. Robinson all interest we may have as heirs of said James Robinson, inclding community, E. 1239 vrs. to a B. J. Whence a P.O.16 in dia brs S.15.W.7 1/2 vrs, and a Do.15. in dia brs.S.11.W.13, vrs; Thence N.60 E.1239 1/2 vrs to Freestone & Navarro county line; Thence S.60 W. with said county line 1239 1/2 vrs; to beginning containing 272 acres of land. I, a citizen of the State of Texas and County of Freestone, for and in consideration of moneys and property used by me, which properly belongs to my wife Eliza Robinson, and for the purposes of reinbursing the said Eliza A. Robinson; and for the purposes of maintenance of presents necesities, I give grant, set over and convey unto the said Eliza A. Robinson, my beloved wife, all the right, title, and interest that I have in and to the following described property to-wit: Two hundred and eighty acres of land, lying on Self Creek in Freestone County; known as the Aaron Black place; Also a teact of land on Brown's creek bought at Sheriff's sale as property of R. F. Chandler; Also one house and lot in the town of Fairfield, One house and lot in the town of Palestine, Anderson County, Texas, A survey of land in the South West corner of the Joseph Love league, containing 538 acres, embracing a part of the Ceder land at Bradley Bridge; Also the homestead of 100 acres, it also being a part in any form, whether in judgements, notes or accounts, all moneys on hand; 204 acres patented of Gaudalupe College Certificate in Eastland County, About 1850 acres in two certificates (less a locative interest) two surveys are made in Stephens County, South East corner, about 700 acres each all of the above mentioned property of value, I give, grant and set over to my beloved wife Eliza A.
