Martin/Martintown

  Martintown was located about 4 miles north of Buffalo.  Martintown was about
three miles west of Concord and about a mile wast of Cottonwood.  The land around 
Martintown is drained by Buffalo Creek.  Martin was west of old Hwy 75.
  Martin was located about six miles south of Dew, 
   
School: 
Martin school  
  The Martin school is a one teacher school. *1*
  supposeably established in 1903, but I do not see it in school lists even up to 1906
  In 1907, Zion School Dist. No. 8 became Martin, District No. 8. *2*
  eventually moved to Buffalo in 1929 *1*
